Hello, welcome to my personal website! I’ll put my research as well as some random stuff here, as a record of my life.

I was born and raised in the “Ice City” Harbin, a beautiful city in north China which is famous for its ice cold winter and European-style architecture. I spent the first 22 years of my life in the hometown. Then I went to Beijing, the capital of China, to pursue PhD at Peking University. Right now I am in the US to seek further career development.

I have spent most of my life in school, and now seems a good time to leave. I deeply appreciate all the education and experience I have, which shapes the person who I am now. Hopefully I will return to school sometime in the future to pass my knowledge and help shaping the future generation.

Personal Interests

• Music (basically like all genres, a Tina Turner/Dixie Chicks fan)
• New knowledge (interested about human, universe, and future)
• Basketball (heavily rely on shooting to score, a Dwyane Wade/Golden State Warrior fan)
• Tennis (need a tutor/opponent, a Rafa Nadal fan)
• Investing (consider myself as a long-term investor of stock/bond market)
